For the third consecutive year, Craig Alexander presented an overview of civil procedure to undergraduate students who are interested in attending law school and pursuing a career in the law. The presentation was part of the Pre-Law Undergraduate Scholars (“PLUS”) program that is held at the University of Alabama School of Law and is sponsored by the Law School Admission Council.

The PLUS program is directed primarily to high-performing students who belong to groups that have been historically underrepresented in the legal profession. Typically conducted in person over four weeks, this year’s program was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As an attorney who teaches Alabama Civil Practice and Procedure at the University of Alabama School of Law each year, Craig enjoys the challenge of summarizing civil procedure in a way that pre-law students find interesting, and he is proud to be able to help advance the goals of this program.
