Does your company have a comprehensive arbitration strategy as part of its overall risk management efforts? If not, it probably should.  During this presentation for the ACC Tampa Bay, Kari Metzger and Blake Bonsack identified the primary issues that should be considered in adopting such a strategy, and to provide background information pertinent to a better understanding of those issues. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to arbitration agreements and the provisions included are extremely important to the outcomes. While managing a case through arbitration is different than court litigation, its finality can be just as binding.
