Construction industry owners, contractors and industry professionals gathered for the 2nd Annual Insurance in the Construction Industry seminar last week to obtain an understanding of the current state of the law with respect to construction insurance coverages.
Bob Fitzsimmons, Board Certified by the Florida Bar in the field of Construction Law, participated in a panel discussion focused on the ethical considerations that arise during a complicated defense. During the presentation he and his colleagues addressed the following topics:
