Leonard Dietzen presented to the Florida Educational Negotiators during the 2021 Spring Virtual Conference. During his presentation, he shared some bargaining secrets from a battle-tested negotiator.  After explaining the statutory basis for public employee bargaining in Florida, Leonard discussed various tips the bargaining team should implement before, during and after bargaining.  He also warned of traps to avoid.
