RumbergerKirk Miami attorney Erin Weinstock has been honored with the “36 Under 36 Professionalism Award” from The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD). She is recognized for her outstanding contributions to the legal profession, exemplifying the highest standards of professionalism and commitment to the community. Erin, and the other esteemed honorees, were announced and celebrated at the awards gala during The Florida Bar YLD Affiliate Outreach Conference on February 7-8, 2025 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Erin practices in complex litigation matters, with a primary focus on construction defect and aviation litigation. She advocates for clients facing challenging legal issues in the construction, manufacturing, and aviation industries. She is an active member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and a leader in the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) where she has served on the Board of Directors since 2022. Erin is the current President-Elect of the YLS.
