RumbergerKirk partner, Dan Gerber from the firm’s Orlando office, moderated a panel at the ABA’s Fifth Annual Food & Supplement Workshop.  Presenting on the topic, "Direct and Cross-examination of Expert Witnesses in Food Cases," Gerber’s panel discussed how expert witnesses play a central role in modern litigation, and examined best practices for use of experts and using the three common types of experts in food related cases.

The conference was attended by industry experts, general counsel, FDA representatives and outside counsel. Topics focused on recent regulatory and litigation developments within the food and supplements industry.
