David Willis discussed “Best Practices for Peer Review and Challenges to the Process” during the American Bar Association’s (ABA) National Specialization Roundtable on May 13-14, 2022.

Willis is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation, Construction Law and Real Estate Law and is one of 15 Florida attorneys who are certified in three areas. The panel will review how to solicit peer reviews and from whom, how to ensure responses, how is the process different for state programs than the national certifying organizations, and share examples of what good peer review forms look like.
