RumbergerKirk Tallahassee partner Richard Greenberg participated in a panel presentation hosted by the Tallahassee Women Lawyers to help attorneys better understand the bar grievance process on Wednesday, November 9. The seminar outlined the bar discipline process from multiple angles. Participants in the discussion included a staff counsel from The Florida Bar, a former member of a grievance committee, a Board of Governors member who serves as a designated reviewer, and Greenberg providing the point of view as a defense counsel.

Greenberg brings more than 30 years of experience representing attorneys in grievance matters before The Florida Bar and representing Florida Bar applicants in proceedings before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
