Easter Baskets Delivered in Time for Easter
The RumbergerKirk Miami office adopted a class of 30 students from the St. John Bosco Catholic Church through their Learning Center Program for underprivileged children for Easter this year. In addition to making 30 baskets for the children, the team also donated six larger baskets for a raffle and more than 100 filled eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt.
While this is the first time the office donated Easter baskets, it’s not unusual for the Miami team to donate items for children in the community. From clothing drives, back to school supply drives and holiday toy drives, they enjoy helping whenever and however they can.
“It’s wonderful to do things such as this to enrich the community,” said Mercy Martinez, an administrative assistant who coordinated the donation. “It would not be possible without the help and donations from so many involved and we appreciate everyone who donated and helped.”
