During a presentation for HR Collier, Employment and Labor Attorney Linda Bond Edwards outlined the basics of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She discussed where there may be unknowing violations such as misclassification, underreporting of hours, record keeping failures, record keeping errors and others.  The presentation included interactive exercises that allowed attendees to test their knowledge.
