Leonard serves as the administrative partner in the firm’s Tallahassee while also specializing in collective bargaining, education law, labor issues for school boards, and all aspects of employment law for private and public employers. He serves as general counsel for the Florida School Boards Association and Florida Educational Negotiators and represents 20-plus school boards on matters regarding human resources and union negotiations.
