Jennifer Smith Thomas Participates in a Panel Discussion at the FDCC Winter Meeting
Jennifer Smith Thomas participated in the panel discussion, “Preparing for the Storm in 2023” on January 21 during the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Winter Meeting. The discussion focused on preparing clients for future litigation in the face of spiking inflation, inevitable recession, supply-chain shortages, warfare and other geopolitical uncertainties.
As a representative of the FDCC’s Aviation Committee, Jennifer spoke about the anticipated challenges to the aviation industry, including supply chain (both manufacturing and staffing), regulatory issues, development issues, and general liability issues in 2023.
