Paul Lipton talks with young lawyers at an Orange County Bar Association event about avoiding burnout

The Orange County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee and Young Lawyers Section hosted a CLE:  "What Young Lawyers Need and Want to Know" on June 25, 2019. The discussion was led by RK’s Director of Professionalism, Career and Skill Development Paul Lipton and Patricia Ann Savitz from The Florida Bar. 

"When you focus on understanding the purpose of your work, you will feel more satisfaction and less frustration and burnout," said Lipton during the discussion. "In the end we each seek our “why," the reason we do what we do. As we each reflect on that question, consider the oath we took. Remember it. To a great extent we pledge our sacred honor to each other, our clients and our profession," he advised. 

The event was followed by a social hour at Reyes Mezcaleria for networking and further discussion.
