During a full day of training with NEFEC-member Human Resource Directors, Leonard Dietzen covered a wide range of topics from public records and wage and hour laws to reference checks and personnel file best practices. He also shared tips for bargaining with their union and the impact of artificial intelligence on education leaders. He expressed the importance of implementing an AI policy and training and shared a sample AI policy.
