Richard Greenberg Talks with FSU Law Students about Professionalism
During a presentation to law students in the Professional Development course at Florida State University College of Law on March 25, Richard Greenberg advised:
- Always adhere to honesty and integrity as every aspect of your life is subject to scrutiny by the board of bar examiners.
- Don’t just follow orders when asked to do something unethical. You will be expected to know the Rules of Professional Conduct and adhere to them. Better to lose a job than your license.
- Your reputation once tarnished is difficult to rehabilitate. Always be courteous and professional with other judges and lawyers.
