Contributing to the relief efforts for the victims of the Tornado that ravaged parts of Alabama, RumbergerKirk employees raised money for the American Red Cross and brought in relief supplies as part of the Toomers for Tuscaloosa relief efforts. Toomers for Tuscaloosa is a national grass roots organization founded by Auburn University fans and alumni. Four large boxes of food and toiletry goods as well as large bags of dog food were collected and sent to the Orlando collection point for Toomers. Trucks then departed for Birmingham to a delivery and distribution center.

All five RumbergerKirk offices, including four in Florida and one in Birmingham, contributed to the cause. The firm regularly holds Casual-for-a-Cause days raising money that is then donated to various charities.
