This year marks the first time Law360 has ranked the 100 best law firms for racial minorities.  The rankings are based upon law firm representation at both partner and non-partner levels and their total number of minority attorneys.   According to Law360, almost all top 100 firms on the list exceeded the overall average among U.S. law firms of 14 percent minority attorneys and 8 percent at the partner level.
