A team from our Orlando office participated in the American Lung Association Fight for Air Climb, March 7, 2015, in memory of coworker Jim Spitzer, who passed away from lung cancer in 2014. The event took place in the downtown Orlando Bank of America Building. Each climber from Rumberger’s “Team Spitzer” completed all 26 floors, and placed in their age group. Team Spitzer came in fourth place for the highest fundraising teams, donating $2,400.00 to the American Lung Association. All donations from the climb to the American Lung Association goes toward research, directing public policy, and patient support and lung health education programs that help participants prevent or manage lung disease and illness, quit smoking and spread awareness.
