RumbergerKirk Partner Dan Gerber Elected to American Board of Trial Advocates Membership
ORLANDO, FL – The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) turns to some of the legal community’s top minds to preserve the constitutional vision of equal justice for all Americans and the current civil justice system for future generations. At a recent ABOTA National Board of Directors meeting, the prestigious legal organization elected RumbergerKirk Partner, Dan Gerber, to membership.
In order to preserve “Justice by the People,” ABOTA seeks attorneys who display skill, civility and integrity to help younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy and to educate the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment. Gerber is one such attorney.
A leading partner with RumbergerKirk, Gerber represents clients in the areas of toxic tort, commercial litigation, product liability and governmental affairs. In 2002, the National Law Journal recognized him as one of the country’s top forty litigators under the age of forty. Florida Trend magazine has also recognized him as one of “Florida’s Legal Elite.” In addition, Gerber was recognized in “Winning,” a 2007 National Law Journal special section featuring ten top litigators.
Gerber handles cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States.
Two other RumbergerKirk Partners – Bud Kirk and Scott Kirk – were previously elected to ABOTA membership.
