On February 6, 2025, the Birmingham Business Journal shared the news about the RumbergerKirk’s newest partners including Fred Clarke in Birmingham.

A.J. O’Leary reported, “The firm also added one partner each in its Orlando and Tallahassee, Florida, offices. While new partners were not named there, the firm also has offices in Tampa and Miami, Florida.”

He also reported, “RumbergerKirk is currently the 37^th largest law firm in Birmingham with 11 local attorneys and 94 attorneys spread across its footprint, according to the BBJ’s most recent list of largest local law firms published last month.”
