TAMPA, Fla., and ORLANDO, Fla., April 30, 2024 – RumbergerKirk is pleased to announce the addition of four talented associates to the firm’s casualty litigation practice including Joseph M. Connick, Angel Everett and Enyinnaya F. Uche. The addition of these promising associates underscores RumbergerKirk’s commitment to growth and its continued success.
Enyinnaya “Enyi” Uche joins RumbergerKirk’s Orlando office with a focus on casualty and trucking litigation. He assists clients with motor vehicle accident liability claims as well as represents clients in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and property damage. During law school, Uche demonstrated his commitment to public service by working for the University of Florida (UF) Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, which provides free legal assistance to veterans. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Angel Everett joins the RumbergerKirk Tampa office where she defends theme parks and other businesses against premises liability, negligence and other various tort claims. Before joining the firm, she served as a public defender with the Hillsborough Public Defender’s office, gaining invaluable trial experience and honing her litigation skills. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and law degree from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Harvard Black Law Students Association, National Black Law Students Association and a member of the Women’s Law Student Association.
Joseph M. Connick is also is joining RumbergerKirk’s casualty litigation practice in Tampa. Joe’s practice focuses on representing clients in motor vehicle accident claims involving personal injury, premise liability, wrongful death and property damage. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kent State University and his law degree from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Joe worked as a legal extern for the United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Ohio.
