During the podcast, Edwards talks about the law and what is required of victims to prove sexual harassment claims while also talking about what employer’s responsibilities are in protecting employees.

“Employers have such a great opportunity right now not to allow the law to set the culture of the organization,” she said. “Organizations should create a culture that promotes respect for all employees,” she continued. “Those organizations that take action and lead from the top will be far ahead regardless of the law.”
