ORLANDO, Fla., November 20, 2024– RumbergerKirk partner Steve Klein has been invited to join the prestigious Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Klein joins RumbergerKirk attorneys Rob Blank, Rebecca Beers, Dick Caldwell, Dan Gerber, LaShawnda Jackson, Larry Smith and Jennifer Thomas who are also members of the FDCC. Membership is selective and by nomination only. The FDCC sends invitations to attorneys who have a proven record of excellence and have differentiated themselves professionally and personally.

He applies his experience and product knowledge from handling breach of warranty and lemon law cases to his product liability practice. He represents a wide range of manufacturers of including automobiles, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, tires, boats and other watercraft against negligence and strict liability claims based upon alleged product defects which resulted in injuries, death, or significant property damage from fires.
