Warranty and Lemon Law

Hannah Klonowski focuses her practice in commercial litigation, as well as breach of warranty and Lemon Law litigation. She represents businesses, their owners, and executives in pursuing litigation involving breach of contract and business torts. She also represents automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation involving the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law throughout the state.
