Madison Buckley focuses her practice in the area of warranty and Lemon Law, product liability and casualty litigation. She represents automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation involving Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law throughout the state. Madison represents manufacturers against product defect claims. She also represents clients in personal injury and premises liability matters.
During law school, Madison served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant to Professor Mark Fenster and as a Research Assistant to Professor William H. Page. She participated in the RumbergerKirk Summer Associate Program in 2022.
