Meghan Kennedy focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, professional liability, and intellectual property litigation. She defends attorneys against malpractice, director and officer liability and breach of fiduciary duty claims. As part of her commercial practice, Megan represents clients in corporate and partnership disputes, fraud and civil conspiracy claims and class actions.
While in law school, Meghan served as a summer intern to the Honorable Judge Debra S. Nelson for the Seminole County Circuit Court, 18th Judicial Circuit, FL. She also served as a summer intern during undergrad for the Office of United States Senator Marco Rubio. Meghan also participated in the firm’s 2021 Summer Associate Program where she won “Best Advocate” during the program’s Mock Trial.
