Meghan Kennedy is a dedicated attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, real estate, construction, and professional liability litigation. Her complex commercial litigation practice is diverse and includes representing clients in corporate and partnership disputes, fraud and civil conspiracy claims, breach of contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and class actions. Meghan also provides external general counsel services to companies of varying sizes in which she advises clients on a wide variety of legal issues that her clients have faced including but not limited to, governmental compliance, public records compliance, trademark and copyright registrations, and contract negotiation and drafting. Meghan has successfully negotiated sponsorship agreements between public entities and multiple major sports organizations located in the Central Florida area.
Prior to joining the firm, Meghan served as a summer intern to the Honorable Judge Debra S. Nelson for the Seminole County Circuit Court, 18th Judicial Circuit, FL, and for the Office of United States Senator Marco Rubio. Meghan also participated in the firm’s 2021 Summer Associate Program where she won “Best Advocate” during the program’s Mock Trial.
