Philip Di Spirito focuses his practice on casualty litigation. He represents clients in negligence claims involving personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims, wrongful death and property damage.
Prior to joining RumbergerKirk, Philip worked as an assistant public defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. while in law school, he interned at the Public Defender’s Office for the Second Judicial Circuit and also the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation-Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.
