Overview

RumbergerKirk appellate practitioners have successfully argued and defended appeals, petitions, and writs before all appellate courts in the state of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as other courts throughout the country. Our attorneys have represented a wide array of clients, including manufacturers, insurance companies, and governmental entities on issues that substantially impacted the clients’ business practices.
