Based upon each client’s objectives, RumbergerKirk assists in the development of estate plans and drafting of all appropriate documents, taking into account the client’s charitable goals, special needs and other considerations. We handle the drafting of all documents whether the client needs a simple will, or one with a testamentary trust or revocable trust coupled with a pour-over. Our team always includes preparation of a Living Will, Designation of Health Care Surrogate, and Durable Power of Attorney in order for a client’s lifetime financial and personal matters to be properly handled if the client is not able to do so.  Our estate practice also includes representing personal representatives in the administration of probate estates, Trustees in the administration of Trusts as well as guardians and guardian advocates.
